RETURN POLICY
All our offerings are custom and personalized nature. For this reason such returns will be handled in the following ways.
Return Procedure:
Should you feel your order is incomplete, defective, or incorrect please take these steps:
Notify us by phone 717-637-7446 or email office@dgicreative.com, making sure to include your Company Name, Invoice Number, A Short Description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
We will review the request, verify the discrepancy and work with you to resolve the issue. You can expect a response within 1-2 business days.
Return of the order will be required for any discrepancies. We suggest not distributing the apparel or disposing of the box your order was received in.
Return Window
Returns or issues must be reported within 30 days from the date of pickup or delivery.
Important Information
Disputed items are to be returned to us for correction, replacement or refund. Reference to quality control information on the box may be requested.
Design discrepancies of apparel will only be considered that differs from the approved proof design.
We provide each of our customers with an itemized Quote detailing the styles, colors and sizes of the requested apparel that is approved by the customer. We are not responsible for customer inconsistencies that were not addressed at that time.
Apparel items that are delivered and are incorrect and/or missing from the defined Quoted order will either be replaced, or credited the amount of the shortage.
Time Sensitive or Rush orders may not be eligible for replacement, due to limited fulfillment times.
Colors may vary slightly dependent on monitor, lighting, or substrate.
Shipped Orders
To be eligible for a refund, the order must be returned in its complete form matching the invoiced items.
Return shipping costs will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refund
If a full refund is decided to be the solution, the refund will be issued via the original form of payment.
Your refund can be expected to be issued within 4-5 business days, with extended processing time depending on your bank or card provider.
